I first moved to the area in 1987 when my husband was stationed here at a local military squadron. Several moves later, we were back and we made the decision to retire in Hampton Roads and enjoy all it has to offer. My husband became a local school teacher after retirement and I began selling real estate full time. I have two grown girls who live locally. I volunteer and enjoy kayaking, jet skiing, camping, and reading.

My name is Jason Rollins, and I am a fifth-generation native of Chesapeake, Virginia. After graduating from Grassfield High School in 2009, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University for two years but realized I wasn't ready for college. I returned home and, in 2015, secured a job with a Verizon Wireless retailer. At the time, the company had only two locations. I worked my way up from sales associate to assistant manager, then manager, and eventually regional manager of business development. Under my leadership, the company expanded from two stores to over a dozen locations.
In 2017, I exited the company and co-founded an electronics repair shop in Chesapeake with my partner from the Verizon stores. We acquired two struggling uBreakiFix locations, successfully turning them around, while also converting my independent repair shop. I later expanded by opening two more locations. In 2023, I sold the stores to Asurion, a $19 billion company.
While managing my retail businesses, I pursued my real estate license in 2020. I started part-time for about a year and a half before transitioning to real estate full-time. Drawing from my extensive experience in retail expansion, I now help clients buy and sell homes, assist investors in finding high-ROI properties, and support commercial clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
